Pros

Average salary out of uni, very easy (requires no brains), young ambiance

Cons

Firstly, the job isn’t advertised correctly - they make it out like your researching markets etc, when you’re just scrolling LinkedIn and spamming people. Some managers have no experience to be a manger and are almost childish. Didn’t feel like a professional environment at all. Place no trust in employees and no real career progression. Just a place holder job until you find something you want to do. Only focused on numbers no matter how smart you are, can be quite a toxic environment. Giving employees free fruit is not a real benefit. It’s not an intense job, but you get stares if you leave the office at your contract required time when you don’t actually have any work to do.

Pros

The London office is a great place to work guided by a like minded but diverse team. Those that want to work hard and learn will do well. We like to socialise together and the great mix of nationalities makes it an interesting place to work.

Cons

You will need to be prepared to work in an ever changing climate and work across different industry sectors where needed. Not necessarily a con but something to be aware of.

Pros

Generally really nice colleagues from all over the world.

Cons

The salary is very low and the new introduced incentive system is not working at all. The biggest problem is that there are absolutely no career opportunitites and that you can't learn any hard skills, excepts of stalking people by e-mail and Linkedin.
