      learn a lot about gear, a great place to network if you are a musician

      Cons

      some misogyny, have to work harder to win customer trust, be prepared to get hit on a lot, be careful with friendships among coworkers, terrible POS and MIS system, the store culture is only as good as its store manager, very corporate, a lot of red tape, pressure to meet quotas especially with Gear Cards and warranties

      Management is trained that sales matter and employees don’t It’s way to competitive and your yelled at and made to feel worthless when you don’t hit your goals and pay is horrible

      Pros

      They are good at corporate jargon....and love to make you believe they are about you.

      Cons

      They are all about themselves... Protecting their own hide and some of the biggest liars I've had to deal with. This is a great company at one time... Now it is a stepping stone to gain experience to move on to a better job. No one that is a hard worker and a worker that cares about customers or the product stays... Because management doesn't.
