Pros

Software is designed for in house only, so youve never used it before and are trained well, with great team support. Amazing communication laid back atmosphere without a lot of micro managing.

Cons

Lots of paperwork. You need to stay late if your clients trucks are late. Not the best managers. The offices smell strange.

You have a job at least. Even though they don't pay well at least you're getting paid something.

Cons

As an owner operator the commission they charge you is HORRIBLE. They charge you 24% and you still have to pay your fuel and insurance which is a combined total of like 65% OFF YOUR CHECK!
