Pros

Family owned business that truly cares about their employees and giving back. Opportunities to work from home, good benefits, great co-workers and they like to promote from within. Management is flexible and understanding which is nice, especially when you have kids!

Cons

It sometimes can be stressful but that is expected with any job. You may have to come in a little early or stay late occasionally to service customers but other team members are always willing to help out.

Pros

20% of the employees are tolerable, decent PTO, they will give you a t-shirt if you have no additional cost - scratch that, that's actually a con because we are not in middle school. If you can keep your head down and tolerate making below $23 an hour and like to just show up and do what your told this is the place for you.

Cons

The leaders decide things in closed door meetings with out involving many parties. The owner of the company is in the office maybe a day or two a month. The number two (COO) in charge is a tyrant and if for some reason he decides he doesn't respect or like you good luck!! The odd thing is the COO is involved in every detail of the company and will not tolerate input. The COO decided to move my department 30 miles from where i signed up to work and offered no compensation for the increase in commute. It was never explained the benefit for the company or me to travel 60 additional miles a day... The managers always just sit behind their computers and send emails and are not involved at all with training or growing their employees extremely cold management.
