Pros

Software is designed for in house only, so youve never used it before and are trained well, with great team support. Amazing communication laid back atmosphere without a lot of micro managing.

Cons

Lots of paperwork. You need to stay late if your clients trucks are late. Not the best managers. The offices smell strange.

They're Christian based and they help out the community.

Cons

No room to grow. A lot of favoritism between this company. A lot of people that have worked at GWI for years that they will never leave. Not the best employees but they settle and stay forever.
