      Pros

      Good base pay, good vacation. The product is one of the best in the business. Plenty of training opportunities available.

      Cons

      There hasn't been a sense of security in several years. Management leads with fear and intimidation. Hostile work environments are the norm.

      Pros

      The benefits are among the best out there. 401(k) matching was 4.5% when I was there and now up to 6% the pay is also good.

      Cons

      Have to echo what others have said it's the "good ol' boy" network. Over the years I applied for several management positions and did not get offers to any despite the fact that I am highly educated with certifications, several years experience and management experience. On the flip side, I know of managers that performed horribly in their positions that were not only retained, but merely shuffled around to other sites.
