      Pros

      Gulfstream is a dynamic company and have facilities all around the world. I worked for them for 15 years and is a great place to work.

      Cons

      Better planning for hiring personnel. Coordinating the shifting of employees from programs being phased out to new programs. Due to over hiring when one of their programs didn't meet their goals 1,500 people were laid off, many with years of experience at Gulfstream.

      Pros

      Amazing place to work everyone is really polite and professional. Also the area is amazing for family and many things to do.

      Cons

      Very political, hard to move up if you don't know someone and is hard to get into the company as well.
