Pros

Great benefits, good pay, work was challenging and somewhat stressful at times. The work hours were great, 7am til 5pm four day work week.

Cons

Too many "social clicks" to get into. People seemed more worried about who they associated with than the work being performed. Supervisor could not perform the job I was hired for but fired me for incompetence.

Pros

Had/Has an amazing training program and the potential to be a great place to work.

Cons

No leadership programs for entry level titles, too much of good ol' boy mentality, struggles with making it a diverse and inclusive place (ie. good ol boy environment) and slow to the continuous improvement/lean/six sigma front and too much reliance on tribal knowledge (ie. good ol boy environment). The way they handled the past (2015) reduction in force took them from 4 to 3 stars for me. They just have to truly learn to do better.
