      1. Competitive salary 2. Flexible schedule (ten hours a day M-T, or 8 hours a day M-F) 3. Nice coworkers and environment 4. Work/Life balance is perfect. 5. Senior and general management is very nice to employee.

      1. Very slow paced; experience gains very little due to the old-school business style.

      Very dynamic and challenging environment. Strong company, with many opportunities for self development. Some people are very nice, others (specially front desk security people) are not that much...

      Cons

      Working hours may be very demanding. Work days are 10 hours shift, Monday to Thursday, but frequently employees are required to work Fridays as well.
