      This place has been great to work at so far. Love the job so far. Lots of freedom. Great salary.

      Great work environment, friendly people, Outstanding Facilities that makes a person want to come to work. Upward mobility within the Company.

      Cons

      Structure could be posted for Individuals to refer there problems when a difficult situation comes up after hours. Let Senior Personnel lead.

      Pros

      It used to be a great place to work with a team oriented environment.

      Cons

      Company doesn't care about effort or how hard you work. It only cares about the money they make and that is it. Customer satisfaction is not what they care about anymore. Just check the surveys that are coming out and see how they are no longer the top dog in product support. This is a result of the product support VP and his ideas of how to run an organization.
