Pros

Some fun personalities, pays better than standard retail (department stores, clothing)

Cons

Management does not care about the employees at all and just gets in the way. Our technology is disturbingly antiquated. We are underpaid and well underappreciated for our efforts.

Pros

Your check will cash... For now. It is too difficult to imagine any positive thoughts for me to say here. They have ambition but there is no hard direction. The benefits are pretty standard but appreciated.

Cons

Poor leadership, micromanagement, 0 upward mobility, toxic work environment, extremely high turnover, overworked underpaid employees and absolutely no work life balance their business plan is basically garbage. Don't be fooled by their stated values that they're some type of a 'family orientated company' that's just bait it's not true at all they've become too corporate, detached and out of touch.
