I have a very hard time thinking of anything

fairly large company spread out with many branches across the Midwest, no central messaging, a lot of chaos, a lot of angry customers, managers that talk down to people and even drink on the job. Pay is horrible compared to their expectations

Very fair company that supports career development. Strong culture and moral ethics. Operate with high integrity and encourage feedback from all positions. Extremely transparent with vision and company direction, which enhances your ability to make a difference and know tour contributions are paying off.

Cons

No company is perfect, but the Larson process accepts that and strives towards continual improvement.
