Pros

Opportunity to grow within the company, the company mostly promotes from within

Cons

The seasonal position is not enough to live on The recruiter will hire anyone for the position, even people who are not fit for the role which can impact your team and you can get in trouble for when it does not work out

Pros

Management was ok, efficient scheduling software, relatively chill during pre-tax season.

Cons

Pay isn't great and your enjoyment of the job depends on your team and your office. Mine was ok but I felt at times my team didn't like listening to me.
