Pros

Great opportunity for knowledge and career growth. Exceptionally great benefits.

Cons

Different teams can have completely different mindsets and can be difficult to work with. Management tends to lean toward easy path versus correct/best path in regard to tackling big problems.

Business Outlook

Pros

Flexible schedules, free tax returns/product attachments, less fast paced, diversity, pro-neurodivergence, accommodations for disability and neurodivergence, work-life balance, base pay and commission, provides necessary equipment and office supplies, ample career advancement and continuing education courses

Cons

Benefits are average, low pay, part-time only, provides old pc with slow and inconsistent systems
