Good communication with H10 staff

Cons

- they do not tell you beforehand that your contact needs to be renewed after 1 year and you cannot work for more than 2 years consecutively as a contractor for a specific tech company. - at the end of your employment they do not give the proper notification that your health insurance is expiring, and instead you need to notify them to tell your health insurance provider that your employment has ended.

Pros

H10 Capitol treats you like a fair business partner. They are great at selecting candidates, and they treat their employees well. They take work life balance into consideration. Professional, and considerate folks to work with at the Seattle branch.

Cons

None so far. This is my first experience as a contractor. I wasn't sure what to expect. They made this a positive job experience, in my opinion.
