Good company communication, leadership and health benefits. Solid support from various team members.

Cons

Vacation/PTO time varies per position, able to negotiate but usually its 10 paid PTO days (standard US holidays not included), so in reality only a couple PTO days when including standard US holidays. No raises, your wage is set when you sign the contract.
