It’s unfortunate that your part-time experience was less than fulfilling. In the last 5 years the firm has grown close to 85% percent. While 2020 was challenging we still managed to grow and provide opportunities to the staff. As part of the management team, HR provides a sense of team and openness. Our hope is that staff bring issues and questions to the attention of leadership so we can improve. We always look for feedback.

Over the last 5 years the firm has grown close to 85% percent. While 2020 was challenging we still managed to grow and provide opportunities to the staff. Our goal during the unfortunate events surrounding the pandemic and the last 12 months was to keep our talent in-tact and gainfully employed. We knew there would be ebbs and flows in workload and we stood committed to keeping talent in the firm. We have worked towards providing transparency whenever possible and create an environment where employees feel included and see opportunity for growth. We’ve been fortunate to see that the investment in our people bring fruit to both the firm and the individual. We are proud to say that our current CEO started at H2M over 30 years ago as an intern!!
