Thank you for your review. H2M and our management team understands the importance of training and knowledge transfer. Our Disciple Directors are experienced, licensed professionals with years of experience. Without training and sharing their experience with younger staff, they understand that we cannot continue to grow as a company. We are also working on a few new mentoring/shadowing initiatives to further bolster our growth of our staff. I started here as an intern about a year ago and will be starting full time this Monday. I love the company culture here and the overall atmosphere. For me, my experience as an intern was great. H2M really goes out of there way to ensure a great internship experience. They try to involve interns on real project work as much as possible and provide help and feedback with everything they do. They're not going to make an intern simply scan all day (as an intern you may be asked to scan every now and then when there is nothing else for you to do, but this is rare). This experience has ultimately led me to deciding to stay and I can't wait to get started
