      Small location helps. Good standing company through many buy outs.

      Cons

      Communication with upper management leaves a lot to be desired. Salaries/hourly wages are not in line with industry.

      All work is inside , a lot of hardworking and Seasoned Mechanics. Upper Management. (GM and DOM) are good at what they do..

      Cons

      High turnover rate...a lot of young untrained work force. Not a lot of Money there so one leads to the other...
