      Pros

      Nice people, relaxed environment, good place to grow if you are willing to reach out to coworkers for guidance and assistant

      Cons

      Too many layers of management, no pay for performance, minimal communication causing same mistakes to occur repeatedly and/or the same tasks to be performed by numerous people, working on improved training but currently there is none, sold to foreign corporation

      Good place to get some experience.

      Cons

      Pay is low, who wants to work 50+ hrs a week to make bills and live comfortably. Pay for performance, if you meet all the criteria there will still be a made up reason to not give you a raise. Get it done, visual progress attitude from company. The rules are the rules will be changed to suit management.
