Pros

- great coworkers who are smart, funny, and helpful - a lot of work to do which means many opportunities for growth for proactive people - cool features to build beyond just CRUD features - good employee experience through Harvey hangouts, free lunches and dinner, and other team events

Cons

no company is perfect and Harvey has the usual cons and growing pains of a hyper-growth growing startup, but the company is open to feedback and adapting quickly, so a con today may no longer be a con tomorrow.

Incredible Opportunity - Rocketship Growth

Pros

- Leader in the legal AI space with a massive TAM - Most talented group of coworkers I have worked with in my career - The pace of innovation constantly exceeds expectations - Rocketship growth (Series B, C, D, and E in less than 2 years) - Great place to grow your career. 3 of the 6 Ent Sales Managers are promotions from AE roles within a year. Multiple Mid-Market reps have been promoted to Enterprise in less than a year - Awesome office culture and locations (I have visited all 3 offices across NYC, SF, and London)

Cons

- Things move fast, so if you’re not comfortable with a startup-like pace and constant change, this might not be the right place.

Pros

- Amazing product and customers love it - You're surrounded by incredibly sharp people (prob not for long)

Cons

High turnover, low transparency. Not sure if it's changed since I've left, but I witnessed several top performing AEs and other sales reps exit or be exited without clear communication. This created an environment of constant fear and many of us were checking our slack to see who got fired that day.

Thanks for sharing your past experience. I can't speak to your experience here or when it was, but I can say we just finished our first company-wide employee survey and that we've invested significantly in people programming over the last nine months, so my hope is that current employees are experiencing a notably different day to day than you did, but we will keep working to ensure that's the case. -Katie
