Pros

This is just a great company to work for. The people are helpful, supportive and genuinely a very caring bunch. This is clearly the result of the culture which is a direct reflection on the CEO. The growth potential is only limited to the individual's imagination (and work ethic). Lots of smart, hard working people that care about making a positive difference! Pay is great. Benefits are great. Internal opportunities abound. I can't say enough good things about this company, its culture and great CEO!

Cons

Work from home policy is a little "tight". Company has been thriving on remote work all through the COVID shutdown. But the "normal" policy limits the WFH days per week. This is to maintain the culture ... not really a "con", but a more relaxed remote policy would definitely be a plus!

-Very much a "self-starter" mentality -Lots of responsibility and opportunity for impact -All voices are taken into account at all levels -Amazing benefits and compensation -An unmatched culture

Cons

-If youre not an independent worker and require a lot of assistance/guidance not the best environment for you -Intensive interview process
