      Pros

      A great place to work if you don't have any desires to build a career and stay at the place. Working in support is not a smart move

      Pros

      - Executives are supportive and care about your success - Management is trained to groom you for growth - Unlimited exposure to learning - Get to work with technology and construction industries (what a cool mix!) - Flexible work schedules - Challenging and fun work environment - Bring your dog (and kinds) to work! - Free drinks and snacks, and insurance! - Culture centered around employee health and happiness - Leadership opportunities are everywhere Really I could go on and on about the pros. The overall point is, if you are looking for a company that enjoys challenges and wants improve our customers' businesses and the construction industry and you are not afraid to take risks you should give us a call.

      Cons

      We are small and very exclusive. We want top of the line employees that represent the technology and construction industries well so even if you are the perfect candidate on paper, you may not make the cut. It is a full skill, culture, and work ethic fit. I don't really see this as a con but it can be interpreted as unreasonable or cult-ish for some who do not understand the hiring criteria.

      Pros

      Profit sharing. I used to think some of the other benefits (free lunch on Fridays, gym on campus, etc) were big perks but I have grown to realize that those things are pretty commonplace these days. Some of my coworkers are pretty great.

      Cons

      Your happiness at work somewhat depends on what certain members of the executive team think of you. If they like you, you will get away with terrible performance and be able to do nothing all day long. If they don't like you, everything you say or do is scrutinized. People who don't deserve it are promoted, and people who do great work get passed over and ignored.
