      Pros

      Fiscal strength, market strength and recognition. Strong company. Has the potential to take over the country, with the foundations that have been built.

      Cons

      Large corporation, where most employees are numbers (gogs in the machine). Showing some disregard for that foundation - forgetting the little people / the front line troops (just numbers on spreadsheets). When the going gets tough, we need to strengthen our force and beat down the competition. Owners just want to show cash flow, so that when they can show a lentgh of time of nice books they can take public or sell private, in whole or in parts.

      Pros

      If you show a lot of initiative then it will be a great place for you to work as a lot of work involves you actively asking for it... from a corporate headquarters perspective. It is a great and friendly atmosphere to work at ... people are really understanding of each other.

      Cons

      There does not seem to be any vertical promotion within the company... if one director leaves, then they would hire another director from another company. There is a straight level of hierarchy, some people seem to be doing the same thing over and over again. It really take initiative to get interesting work.
