Pros

Audit AVP was very kind, but work was challenging due to high turnover and lack of formal training. Learned a lot of new skills and learned a lot about healthcare & health insurance. Ability to meet a lot of people in other areas. Free gym in Keeaumoku building.

Cons

Poor culture. Gossip, cliquey, conservative, low raises, long hours, demanding. Departments are siloed. No formal training. Not a welcoming or comfortable atmosphere.
