Cons

Office politics is so visible. A lot of bulling from higher ups and a lot of favoritism within departments. Very stressful and threating conversations during meetings and in some areas it has become a hostile work environment and you can't say anything because these leaders have been with the company for over 15 years.

Pros

The pay and benefits were good. And most of my co-workers were helpful and supportive during my time there.

Cons

The management for the department was not very good. I was in a position below managers and above call center representatives. I did not previously come from an insurance or call center industry and so I felt very judged by both managers and representatives below me. It was a toxic environment where I felt I was always being watched and talked about. I heard from friends other departments were better but this department in particular is looked down upon.
