Good Time But Wouldn’t Go Back

Pros

Enjoyed my time there with coworkers until company announced they were conducting layoffs. Gave a 6 month notice teams would be laid off.

Cons

Decided to outsource majority of jobs to India instead of keeping jobs locally.

Great coworkers is the only pro

Cons

Bad management at Executive level, decisions are not made at an appropriate level. Executives only care about their own pockets, no care for members, employees, providers, health centers. Extremely low pay. Only major holidays off. No work life balance. Short staffed.
