They don’t care about you. You are very replaceable. You need flextime. ( sick time) to call out or you’ll get written up. Don’t call out on holidays. You can get fired automatically. Dfw airport specifically mums are hypocrites. They say don’t take off holidays and then take weeks off. Hr doesn’t do nothing but write you up for reporting your General managers. Or if you feel bullied at work they will say they will look into it. And then do absolutely nothing. They are a load of bs. Tbh. Work at the risk of knowing they truly don’t care for you. They want you to make the store your life. Oh you’re sick they don’t care.
