Work ethics are enforced. Management takes rules and regulations seriously. There is room for advancement. Employees are often recognized for their good work.

Cons

Although the company is good on reinforcing their rules and work ethics, their pay sucks. Their pay raises are very little. Employees wait a very long time to be promoted.
