      Pros

      Some groups have flexible work times, and even WfH. Others are more strict and must be in the office each day. Pay is average, nothing great. HPI is moving to a new campus in fall 2018, and that will be exciting. New Office environment, office of the future, ergonomic spaces, etc. Lots of focus on hiring "early career" talent.

      Cons

      Still have some good ole boys network activity going on. Minimal women in senior leadership positions with P&L resp (women are in Legal, HR, etc.). As with all big companies, lots of politics.

      Pros

      I've worked for many tech companies over the years and the management here is the best. They enable and encourage the team to explore new ideas and pioneer new marketing techniques. They have your back so it's a secure working environment. And perhaps best of all, the culture at HP is respectful and professional. It's a breath of fresh air.

      Cons

      The overall package at HP is pretty good but their salaries are not the highest in the space. People work there and never leave because they love working there.
