Pros

Great learning opportunity, fast-paced, never a quiet moment

Cons

Can be high-stress, depending on client and although management tries to support HR Works employees, many times the client's demands end up overriding the well-being of the HR Works employees, making managers unable to provide appropriate support

Incredibly Horrible

Pros

Flexible work schedule/working remotely On par compensation with the rest of the industry Some reliable, friendly coworkers

Cons

- Little to no training or conflicting information is provided to new hires with multiple people having their hands in the training process. - Little to no communication regarding any potential issues regarding workload/time spent completing tasks. - Multiple leadership changes in a short period of time. - There were a handful of great employees, but a majority of the time it could be a toxic work environment where people would talk trash about others simply due to being unhappy in their own situations. It very much reminded me of high school where there were cliques and unnecessary drama.

HR Works - excellent people

Pros

Team of professionals that work together to meet client needs. Focused on meeting/exceeding client expectations by working together and hiring talented people. Leadership is focused on building on existing values to guide the company.

Cons

Multi-tasking skills are needed in most cases. Energizing work, but HRW services are in demand which translates to some high volumes. Good problem to have, but successful employees are able to shift priorities quickly.
