Pros

Paid time off is generous and there is free coffee every day. Schedules are flexible with start times and benefits start right away.

Cons

Management and communication is absolutely awful. Being a top performer means nothing but a piece of paper to put on your depressing cubicle like a little kid. Many departments don't have any proper tools to do their job but are expected to preform the job like they do. I feel terrible for every new hire because in my mind all I'm thinking is "this is the worst career choice you've ever made". I wouldn't even use our products.

Pros

PTO, when they let you take it. I really can't say there were any more pros to this horrible company.

Cons

Workload, disparate pay between tenured employees and new people. No the new account managers don't have more education or experience. In fact the vast majority have little to no college and zero experience in the industry. There aren't consistent rules, and the management is horrible, and doesn't care. You will get lots of lip service, no actual resolution.

Pros

PTO is nice...trust me, you'll want to use it. That is literally the only pro of working here.

Cons

This is the worst job I ever had; thankful to be out of it. The leadership is totally dysfunctional. CEO focuses solely on client growth, meanwhile the rest of the employees struggle to handle the current client base. Managers resign almost weekly, without replacements. Leadership will continually dump responsibilities of departed employees on you, without training of any kind, with high pressure/expectations. Very stressful. Hands down, the most disorganized work environment. Technology is unreliable and underdeveloped - truly awful for a bank. Leadership doesn't want to hear your ideas for improvement. Employees do not have clear job roles designated. Do not waste your time or energy here. It is not worth it. Also the bathrooms are routinely disgusting.
