      Pros

      The Benefits and a “few” great people.

      Cons

      Leadership is wishy/washy, inconsistent, shows strict favoritism and hands off too much responsibility to employees. Top leader in this group is mean, manipulative and unprofessional. The existing employees don’t dare speak up for fear of losing their jobs! Created culture is awful as no one trusts anyone.

      Dont Do It!!!

      easy to get a job here, only due to their constant employee churn!!

      Cons

      Culture was horrible. They dont care about their employees. Manager said I would be getting a bonus which I never got since upper leadership said "we dont do bonuses". All offices are completely disconnected from each other. There were programs other offices have which we didnt have access to. Producers are the sole and only focus. Producers can talk down to AMs, do what they want, and have no repercussions. Benefits were bare minimum.
