Pros

Great social life, brilliant people, amazing, modern office with beautiful rooftop garden. Lots of parties and events and different opportunities.

Cons

Extremely stressful, everyone is stressed and overworked so office sometimes has unpleasant atmosphere. Staff expected to work long hours, workload much too high for such moderate pay.

Does not have qualms about reducing headcount as part of the improvement process for underperforming parts of the business.
