      Hostile, Aggressive Bullies for middle management. Very Punitive Environment, Very Political. Large disconnect between management and working culture by the bedside

      Great salary and benefits Great support from co-workers.

      Cons

      Poor upper level management. They will not train their own nurses in another specialty. Not loyal to long time employees. The trend has been outsourcing of departments and numerous layoffs!!!! Job security for a job well done is a thing of the past at HUMC.
