3yWe hear your feedback. It's been really unfortunate that the current macro economic factors and it's impact on business has led to a difficult decision of a layoff for us. On the feedback on 'bias'. This is not okay. We would request you to please talk to us further on this so that we can see what action needs to be taken to address it.
