No restriction on in/out time or dress code.

Cons

The co-founders are a highly inexperience bunch in managing a team and running a company. They don't have any idea on how to prioritize things, get work done or focus on things. The idea is a rip off of several others like HackerRank but there is no professional growth.

I have been here for almost an year now. Its a great place to work.

Poor and inexperienced man agent can get on your nerves.
