Pros

1. Amazing flexibility at work, modern day company culture. Very progressive and a good think tank in place always thinking about the next big step in technical assessments and hackathon innovations. 2. A lot of good changes have taken place in the past year with a lot of senior folks being hired to manage top positions. There's lot more experience to work with now at HackerEarth. 3. As the company grows, the culture also becomes more diverse. There is conscious effort to retain the focus of the company being a well knit close family. The All hands are an absolute best seller with the amount of information getting exchanged in the session. The top brass is encouraging and open to new experiments be it at work, fun or co-curricular activities. 4. Having closely worked with the Sales and Product teams, while the former is constantly bettering their own targets every quarter, the product team is constantly looking at bringing out interesting features on both the Hackerearth platforms. 5. The top leadership team is a really hardworking one and this is where a lot of efforts have yielded positive results. Some of the Hackathon deals off late and a lot of top customers getting on-boarded for technical assessments is a testimony to that. 6. The advantage of HackerEarth is that it boasts of 2 highly robust platforms and constantly looking at innovation and trying out new features for the B2C developers. 7. no matter how busy the ceo or the cto is, they will always find time to review and repeat the process

Cons

1. Company still needs to slightly better at identifying top performers and be more vocal and appreciative about them. 2. Leadership in certain orgs in HackerEarth can definitely look towards an overhaul so that each employee gives out their best at work. Right now, this is missing.

Pros

The company is filled with energy and has this great vibe of a young start up. The beauty of this place is that the love and effort you put into the company, the company loves you back with appreciation and rewards. The best part about the HackerEarth family is that they really make you feel you count and help you carve your own path in making an impact along with HackerEarth. While effort has to be put, Be here if you want to learn and make the most of your career.

Cons

You need to put in effort to be recognized. Only talk will not get you no where.

Pros

You'll get to experience a burnout and depression episodes in your life at least once

Cons

1. All the townhall meetings go something like this - "I can't understand head or tails of this business but I want to be rich. So, you need to work hard" 2. CTO is very immature. 3. CEO is very cunning. A manipulative person.

I am really sad to know that you have experienced a burnout and depression episode because of working at HackerEarth. I request you to please speak with me personally and I assure you I will do whatever I can to address your concerns. However, I do request you not to mislead anyone. Though I don't remember everything I have said at All Hands, I know for sure that wasn't a single instance where we implied that we want to be rich so you need to work hard. Yes, we talk about the growth of the company, we talk about being successful but money is not the goal. The objective is to build a business that creates an impact, the objective is to solve a problem, of course money is one of the consequences of doing all of this. I have always been very open and approachable. I urge you to have a conversation, I really want to understand why you felt this way and how we can address this.
