      Pros

      Amazing team to work with. Ample learning opportunities. All hands meetings are amazing.

      Cons

      Your work depends on the team in which you are assigned. Changing teams is not that easy, especially for interns. No food. Pantry is always empty.

      No difference between interns and full time employees Helpful Employees Fun Work Culture. Yes, we at HackerEarth, have a lot of fun while working. Don't believe me, ask anyone else. Free snacks :P Everyone here is so supportive towards you. When you are struck at something and you need some help, people go out of their way to help you. This is one of the best qualities of HackerEarth. Fun office trips Awesome environment to learn new things

      Cons

      I didn't find any cons here. But one thing, I initially was more into my work than interacting with others(sitting at one place whole day and just doing my work), which could not go for long. So, yeah, you have to come out of your self made box and interact with people.

      Well, this is the toughest part. Finding cons when you clearly have nothing in mind. Well sometimes, you may have to stay a little bit late in night which for most of the people is a treat :P
