      1. My team offered me flexibility around work timings as the focus is always on outcomes. 2. The founders are approachable, there is no real hierarchy and it's easy to speak to the leaders regarding your concerns and share feedback 3. Pay scales are competitive, the salaries are at par like most of the good companies in the market I have come across. 4. The onboarding experience was very smooth starting from the first interview call. The interview process and induction was seamless. Every interaction with the HR team has been great. The HR team is the most friendly team in the organization 5. No office politics. Everyone works towards building HackerEarth

      1. HackerEarth moved to HSR layout earlier this year from Koramangala. The Koramangala office was amazing 2. Pantry - Fewer options available when one is hungry

      - Awesome work culture - Really good hiring process to maintain the bar - Best technical practices are followed across teams - Hunger for excellence in every task assigned - Tech talks sessions every fortnight - Requirements are very well defined before handover to engineering team - Frequent team outings and lunches - Flexible work timings - Free snacks and beverages - Ample leaves every year - Good work life balance - Lot of scope to grow - opportunities available based on merit - Quarterly hackathons to inculcate innovation - Personal growth road-map for everyone

      - Need a new Foosball table - Wifi doesn't work in some rooms
