The best part about HackerEarth is the company's work culture. Great people and visionary managers. Community centric and Customer-obsessed at the same time. One would get to learn and experiment right from the early stage of their career.

Cons

A few of the high-responsibility positions are low paid. This is probably due to the focus on being EBIDTA positive.
