Pros

I owe a lot of my learning, success, and growth to this organization. Few things worth mentioning 1. My manager was a superb person who keeps pushing my limit and gives me ample space to apply all my wild creative ideas into marketing. 2. If you perform well you can get additional responsibilities which I always loved. 3. I have been fairly rewarded for my work. 4. I learnt the nuances of B2B & B2C marketing here from the whole team. 5. I loved the concept of OKRs and stretched goal. It helped me to grow and learn better and kept me focused each quarter.

Cons

It can be very demanding at times but that is how a startup should be, I don't see any problem there. Please don't join this organization if you fear an OKRs and stretched goal.
