1. There is a sense of freedom provided to the sales folks to explore out of the box strategies 2. Fair incentive policies

Cons

1. Focused on monthly results which lead to lack of opportunity provided for larger deals 2. Management has not taken good decisions with respect to hiring and firing mid-level managers (regional heads, etc)

Amazing culture. The higher management focus on transparency. Everyone is treated equally. Free food, in door games, parties... It's work + loads of fun.

No cons that I can think of.
