      Pros

      The people! Extremely friendly and helpful. The manager and the team are a dream to work for. Challenging work, pleasant culture, and you feel like you belong even though you've never met anybody due to WFH.

      Freshers/Interns can enjoy the culture but not Experienced ones

      Pros

      Seems like an inclusive work environment and certain teams are very vocal and fun to work with. Senior management is empathetic towards the employees. They do not have toxic work culture, no internal politics. Everyone is very transparent with each other. Leave policy is very flexible and they bother employees if you take too many leaves.

      Cons

      When it comes to career growth I have not really seen employees are being motivated. Most of the employees are active job seekers and can leave the company if they get a good salary, benefits, and position. Senior management is never really open to change(according to the market situation). I don't really feel passionate about the organization. The company started in 2012 and since then the kind of processes, structure internal teams have are way below the standards of any new age/early-stage start-ups. Existing employees of the company talk about their competitors so passionately and consider their product good.
