Their moto is, Work hard, Party harder. There is top-to-down transparency in the organization. HackerEarth is full of fun people who teach you many things.

Cons

Being a startup, there is an excessive amount of workload but that's the joy and thrill to work here.

It's a pretty chill place to work at. The people are super supportive and the overall environment is great.

Cons

Things can get overwhelming sometimes, but if you thrive under pressure, can take ownership, and get things done efficiently, it's one of the best places to be at.
