+ Great set of vibrant people to see and work around with. + Love the energy + Very real. Not corporate' ish/ boxed. Focus on work/ outcome, than themes like time or micromanagement. + Very transparent communication by the top management + Empowerment & space to do work and also anything creative you want raise your hands for. A place that asks you to make mistakes if you have to, but learn from them.
