Pros

- Great team members - Freedom to experiment & learn - Freedom to take up new projects - The CEO & CTO both are always open to new ideas and suggestions - Alot of recognition for the work you do - The team members are like family - Lots of food - Lots of fun(parties+team outings) - Great growth curve - Benefits include reimbursement for learning relevant new skills - The leadership is very kind & accommodating

Cons

-the food in the pantry gets over too soon :P - the internet connection is a little bit of a problem sometimes
