International sales

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Not many, but ok to start as fresher

Cons

The head of International Sales displays blatant unapologetic favoritism (focusing 2 guys) , often prioritizing personal preferences over merit, leaving many employees feeling undervalued. Consistently uses unprofessional and offensive language, creating a hostile work environment. Lacks basic leadership skills; decisions are arbitrary, with no consideration for team morale or long-term goals. Encourages a culture of micromanagement, making employees feel suffocated and distrusted. Avoids accountability and instead shifts blame onto team members when targets are missed. Ignores employee feedback and concerns, creating an environment where problems fester rather than being resolved. Regularly undermines team efforts, taking credit for successes while deflecting failures. Demonstrates poor planning and communication, resulting in unnecessary stress and confusion for the team. Contributes significantly to the toxic culture that has driven three rounds of layoffs and high turnover rates.
