      1) One think I need to say you can learn a lot of things here. 2) Devs are more friendly, you can reach out to anyone at anytime if you have any doubt. 3) You can work on what you like, and they make sure the work you are working is of your interest

      Cons

      There is no negative points, if there is any I directly tell to them, they try to resolve them.

      1. Lack of consistency in day to day decision making 2. Sometimes you will have to find the best work in the org for yourself, like many startups.

      Pros

      Work culture and work life balance is top-notch! If you are looking for learning something new in lines of technology this is the right place.. People here are helpful and motivated when if comes to work and fun too. Hackerearth can be your stepping stone to a fruitful career start. Salary is market standards. Youthful crowd and awesome teams.

      Cons

      Career growth is one of the main area's concerned for most of the employees including me. Lack of training (soft skill, communication, basis email writing etc . Long distance traveling.

      Thanks for giving us the feedback. We understand that there are some processes that we need to introduce. We are working on competency mapping and career progression in this quarter.
