      Pros

      The company is filled with energy and has this great vibe of a young start up. The beauty of this place is that the love and effort you put into the company, the company loves you back with appreciation and rewards. The best part about the HackerEarth family is that they really make you feel you count and help you carve your own path in making an impact along with HackerEarth. While effort has to be put, Be here if you want to learn and make the most of your career.

      You need to put in effort to be recognized. Only talk will not get you no where.

      Inexperience at work

      Pros

      No restriction on in/out time or dress code.

      Cons

      The co-founders are a highly inexperience bunch in managing a team and running a company. They don't have any idea on how to prioritize things, get work done or focus on things. The idea is a rip off of several others like HackerRank but there is no professional growth.

      - Small Team - Flexible Hybrid Work Culture

      Cons

      - Lack of Clear Vision - Leadership tends to favor long-term employees (those with 8-10 years of tenure) - The company culture doesn’t always embrace innovation. New ideas or fresh approaches are often met with skepticism, which can stifle creativity and progress. - Employees who challenge the status quo or propose bold, forward-thinking solutions may find it difficult to thrive
